Inevitably, there are times in our life that we may not feel like we are enough, we may feel stuck or face certain challenges that feel insurmountable. It's the human experience. Sometimes we know exactly what "it" is and other times we just feel "off." Getting support from a neutral third party, someone on the outside, can often help you understand more clearly what's at play,and find some new ways to think about yourself and your relationship to others.

I specialize in Women's Issues and my approach is holistic in nature. I am interested in the science, art and mysticism of personal growth and well-being and specialize in trauma recovery and resilience through movement and mindfulness. Whether it be through talk therapy, mindfulness, guided visualizations, mindset, somatic experiencing, meditation or breath work, the work is designed to facilitate you moving from a constricted place of judgement and self-criticism to an open place of self-acceptance and compassion. This happens over time.

Our emotions form the core of who we are - understanding our emotions and our physiology can vastly improve the quality of our lives. While I incorporate a variety of modalities into my work, I like to focus on the here-and-now. That means I pay a lot of attention to the patterns that show up in your life now, but also what's happening within our sessions - between you and me. The past comes up so that we can uncover motives outside your awareness, but when we really pay attention to the here and now, we can get creative and take a practical approach that allows you to understand in an experiential way what drives you and what limits you, so that you can truly start to focus your energy on what's meaningful, productive, and fulfilling for you to move forward.

It is one of the greatest honours to witness humans re-align with themselves, which in turn, transforms the way you interact with the world and the way the world interacts with you.
